DQS Consulting Ltd is the Quantity Surveying, Commercial Contract  Administration and Planning Permission side to the SA21 Group also dealing with procurement, ITT requirements and buying processes. DQS has a large presence within the Carbon Reduction, Renewable Energy & District Heating Market.

DQS Consulting has been a member of the UK District Energy Association since 2021 with an aim to promote and advance the use of district heating schemes across the UK, it also promotes best practice in the delivery Renewable Energy projects across the UK and aids other parties to increase the viability of their local energy networks.
