"Andy was hired to project manage one of our developments after the main contractor went in to administration during the pandemic. He assisted in gaining control of the site by liaising with our Lawyers. We then proceeded to hire a quantity surveyor from their sister company which saved us untold amount of stress. Andy then interviewed old and new subcontractors and gave us advise on which subcontractors we should retain to complete the project. Andy's organisational skills are second to none as he proceeded to recreate the timetable, re-instructing subcontractors and diligently pushing for a timely completion.
